It's ornament spotlight day thirteen! Today I chose to showcase an adorable snow bunny that I picked up a few years ago. Like the snowflake I chose for spotlight day 12, this little guy brightens up my tree with not only sparkly glitter, but also a charming face and chubby tail! I still can't figure out if it is a boy or girl though. Handsome or Pretty? I can't tell. Either way, he/she adds a little something special to my tree. What do you think? Team staches or team lashes?
Greetings! If you read yesterday's blog, you know that I love my Christmas tree ornaments. Specifically little Santa's and woodland creatures. Yesterday, I posted a little Santa ornament that warms my soul with nostalgic vibes. It reminds me of an ornament that would have adorned my tree as a child. If you haven't seen it, check out my post from yesterday.
Today I decided to showcase one of my favorite woodland creatures, a hedgehog! He may be small, but he makes a mighty impact on my tree. Just as cute as a real life hedgehog (Have you ever seen a picture of one? They are the cutest. Look it up on Pinterest!), this little dude is handsome as can be. For the life of me I can't remember where I picked him up, but chances are I got him at Hobby Lobby or Cracker Barrel. I love their ornaments! Let me know what you think! Do you have any woodland creatures on your tree??? Thanks for reading!
Happy Holidays from Bee Visual Events. I love this time of year, but the holiday season never seems official until I have put my Christmas tree up adorned with all of the ornaments that I have carefully collected over the years. I typically put my tree up the day before Thanksgiving. I know some people who refuse to assemble their trees until the first day of December, and others who simply cannot wait until Halloween is over so that they can get their household into the spirit. I personally say no rules and no judgments when it comes to decorating for any holiday. If it brings you joy, put the tree up whenever you feel ready!
One reason why I love my tree so much, is because I have hand selected each ornament. I really enjoy seeing pictures people post of their trees every year because it is a little peak inside that person's soul. No two trees are ever the same! I have friends whose tradition is to go find a real tree every year. I, on the other hand, am a pre-lit fake tree kind of gal. As far as ornaments go, I love woodland creatures. I can't get enough of them on my tree. I also love cute Santa's.
Since I love seeing everyone else's trees, I have decided to showcase some of my favorite ornaments to honor the 25 days leading up to Christmas. The ornament I have chosen to showcase for December 1st is a very nostalgic Santa holding a little Christmas tree dusted with a bit of glitter. He is nothing fancy, but it reminds me of an ornament that would catch my eye as a child. I honestly cannot remember where I picked him up, but he brings me joy when I look at him. What are some of your favorite ornaments? When do you put up your tree? Do you prefer a real tree or fake? I would love to read your comments! Thanks for Reading!
